IVR - Interactive Voice Response
We develop and host Interactive Voice Response Systems (IVR), which are used to deliver our clients information using voice technology. This provides a central distribution center for the delivery or recording of voice-based messages and/or other information. The system can be made available to both public and private callers, using passwords, to an 800 or local number. Messages can be recorded by callers and then delivered-on-demand or pushed (using predictive dialing) to anyone, anywhere in the world, and at a fraction of the cost associated with live operators.
