We'll develop an Intranet site for you that will provide an on-screen index of your product literature. With this service that we call NET-to-FAX, you can select the product literature you need to send with a click of the mouse, then you'll complete a quick order form and cover note and submit the request. Via e-mail sent over the Internet
Our recently released Hermes software was developed specifically for customer service/sales representatives to make it possible for them to fax great looking literature without leaving their desks. A fax request is created using the Hermes software together with almost any on-line e-mail program. When the e-mail is received by CyberData's host computer, the selected literature is delivered with a personalized cover note to the designated party within minutes.
